Most business trips to the Riviera start at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. The offices, hotels and venues people visit are spread along the coast and up to the technology park of Sophia Antipolis.

Seminars and incentive groups
One schedule, one quote
For a seminar, a board meeting or an incentive trip, send the programme: arrival flights, hotel, venues, dinners and departures. You receive one written quote for the whole schedule, with each ride listed, so you know the budget before the event starts.
A V-Class seats up to seven, which suits a management team or a small delegation travelling together, with room to talk on the way. For larger groups or several vehicles at the same time, ask us when you request the quote: we tell you clearly what we can cover and do not promise vehicles we cannot confirm.
Between meetings, the van can stay with you. A chauffeur by the hour works well for a day of site visits or a roadshow with several stops.

Can you invoice our company with VAT?
Yes. Every ride can be invoiced to the company, with VAT shown, and the passenger and purpose noted if your accounts team needs them.
Is our travel information kept confidential?
Yes. Names, addresses and schedules are used only to run the ride. Drivers do not discuss passengers or their business.
Can the sign at the airport show our company name instead of the passenger’s?
Yes. Tell us what to write when you book: company name, initials or a reference.
Do you also take families on holiday?
Yes, through our private van services, with the same vehicle and drivers.
Can one booking cover guests arriving on different flights?
Yes. List each arrival with its flight number and we quote every pickup in one programme. Your driver follows each flight.
Can you provide several vehicles at the same time?
Sometimes, depending on the date. Ask when you request your quote and we confirm in writing what is available before you commit.
Are you a licensed operator?
Yes. Riviera Lounge Van is operated by BLACK CAB LILLE, registered as a French VTC operator under number EVTC059166404. Every ride is pre-booked, as French law requires.
