Contact: [email protected]. The website is published by EHA Web Solutions (El Hassan Alahyane, sole trader, SIREN 512 198 581, 32 rue de la Brasserie, 59790 Ronchin, France). EHA Web Solutions hosts and maintains the website on behalf of BLACK CAB LILLE and acts as its data processor.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who receives your data
Only the people and providers needed to run the service: the assigned driver; our online booking and transport-management provider (FareBookings); Stripe, which processes online card payments; our website host (Hostinger) and content delivery network and anonymous audience measurement (Cloudflare); our email provider (Hostinger). Some providers may process data outside the European Union, under safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses only the cookies and similar storage needed for it to work: security, forms and the booking module. The booking and payment services built into the site may use their own technical storage. To understand how the site is used, we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you and does not follow you across other websites. It only records aggregated, anonymous data: pages viewed, the referring website, country, browser and device type, and page loading time. If non-essential cookies are added later, they will only be set with your consent.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, and access to booking and quote data is limited to the people who need it.
