Chauffeur service for Cannes trade shows

During MIPIM, Cannes Lions, MIPCOM, TFWA or the Cannes Yachting Festival, the roads around the Palais des Festivals are closed, filtered or saturated for days. We plan delegation transport around those constraints: airport arrivals, daily runs between hotels and the Palais, client dinners and hourly hire.

  • Show-week planning
  • Delegations up to 7 per van
  • Hourly or per ride
  • VAT invoices

Where delegations stay

Drive times to the Palais

Hotels in Cannes fill up early for the big shows, so many delegations stay along the coast. These are the normal drive times to the Palais des Festivals when traffic is light.

FromDistanceDrive, light traffic
Cannes-Mandelieu airport6 km / 3.7 miAbout 12 min
Juan-les-Pins10.5 km / 6.5 miAbout 20 min
Antibes old town12 km / 7.3 miAbout 20 min
Nice airport31 km / 19.5 miAbout 40 min
Nice city centre33 km / 20.4 miAbout 35 min
Monaco55 km / 34.5 miAbout 50 min

During the largest events, the drive from Nice can take twice as long, especially in the morning when everyone arrives for the opening hours. Staying in Antibes or Juan-les-Pins keeps the daily run short without paying Cannes hotel rates for the week.

Traffic during show weeks

How we plan around closed roads and queues

Each event publishes its own access plan, with roads around the Palais closed or reserved, drop-off zones for cars and changes from one day to the next. We check that plan for your dates and choose the drop-off point closest to the entrance you will use. You know in advance where the van stops and how far you walk.

Mornings are the bottleneck. A pickup scheduled earlier than you think necessary avoids arriving late for a first meeting. In the evening, the van waits near your dinner or party venue, so you do not join the queue for cars when everyone leaves at once.

For a full day of meetings, a chauffeur by the hour is usually simpler than separate rides. For a simple ride to Cannes outside a show week, see our Nice to Cannes transfer.

To plan your show week

  • The event and the dates you are in Cannes
  • Arrival and departure flights for each delegate
  • Hotel addresses and the daily schedule
  • Client dinners, parties or yacht visits in the evening
  • Who receives the VAT invoice

Send it early: show weeks are among the busiest dates of the year on the Riviera.

Cannes show-week questions

Can you drop us right in front of the Palais des Festivals?

It depends on the access plan of each show and each day. We use the closest authorized drop-off point and tell you the walking time in advance.

We stay in Nice or Monaco during the show. Is that realistic?

Yes, many visitors do because hotels in Cannes are full. Plan for longer morning drives; a chauffeur by the hour avoids waiting for return rides.

Can you handle a last-minute change in the schedule?

Within the hours booked, yes. For extra rides, message us and we confirm availability straight away.

Do you provide a single invoice for the whole delegation?

Yes, with VAT and a breakdown by day or by passenger if your finance team needs it.

Can you take delegates to a yacht in the port during the show?

Yes, to the closest point the port allows. Give us the berth or the agent’s instructions; quay access is often restricted during the Yachting Festival.

Should we book online or ask for a quote?

For a single ride, the booking form works. For several days, waiting time and evening events, ask for a quote: schedules and access vary so much during a show that one written price for the whole programme is clearer.

Are the exact show dates on this page?

Only the usual months, because dates change every year. Tell us your event and we check the confirmed dates with the organizer when we prepare your quote.
