Private driver prices in Nice: how our fares work
Every Riviera Lounge Van fare is for the whole van and depends on your route, the time and the service you need. You see it in the booking form for standard rides, or in a written quote for anything else.
What sets the price
Four things decide your fare
- The routeDistance and the usual driving time between pickup and destination.
- The time of dayRides at night are priced on the night rate, which the booking form applies automatically. The booking form shows the fare before you confirm.
- Waiting and stopsStops you ask for and waiting beyond what is included.
- The formatA one-way transfer, a return, an hourly booking or a full day.

Comparing with a taxi or a ride app
For one traveller with a small bag, a taxi or an app can cost less. For a family or group, the comparison changes: you pay once for the whole van instead of for two cars, and the luggage fits.
Payment
Paying from abroad
Online bookings are paid by card when you book. International bank cards are accepted through the secure payment provider Stripe. You can also pay the driver by card or in cash, or by bank transfer when agreed in advance. Prices are in euros; your bank converts the amount to your own currency.
For quotes, the payment method and deadline are written on the quote: card payment, bank transfer for companies, or another arrangement agreed with you.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you are refunded in full; between 12 and 24 hours, half the fare is refunded; under 12 hours, the fare is not refunded. Details are in our terms and conditions.
Tips

Price questions
Will I pay more if my flight is late?
No, as long as the delay is on the flight. Your driver follows it and adjusts the pickup.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The fare covers the whole van, for 1 passenger or 7.
Do prices change in summer?
Prices can change with the date, the time and demand. Weeks of very large events, such as the Cannes Film Festival or the Monaco Grand Prix, are priced on request. Request a quote for your dates.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, every ride comes with an invoice showing VAT, in your name or your company’s.
