Yacht crew transfers in Antibes, Cannes and Nice

We work with captains, pursers and yacht agents to move crew and charter guests between Nice airport and the Riviera’s yachting ports. A V-Class takes up to 7 people with their kit, runs on the ship’s schedule, and is invoiced to the yacht or the agency.

  • Up to 7 crew with kit
  • Early and late runs
  • Invoiced to the yacht or agent
  • One contact for the season

The ports

Where we pick up and drop off

PortFrom Nice airportNotes for the transfer
Port Vauban, Antibes21 km / 13 mi, about 35 minOne of the main superyacht ports in the Mediterranean; quay access depends on the berth, so send the quay name or the agent’s instructions, and we arrange access with the port or the agent before the day.
Cannes: Vieux Port, Port Canto31 km / 19.5 mi, about 40 minVery busy during the Yachting Festival in September; plan earlier runs that week.
Port of NiceAbout 12 km / 7.5 mi, about 25 minClose to the airport and the old town; good for crew accommodation runs.
Monaco: Port Hercule, Fontvieille34 km / 21 mi, about 45 minDrop-off only; pickups are arranged just across the border in France.
Saint-Tropez110 km / 68 mi, about 1 h 45Long summer drive from Nice airport; see Saint-Tropez transfers for timings.

Guests arriving by private jet? We coordinate the terminal pickup with the berth; see private jet transfers. For a day of sightseeing during the charter, the French Riviera day tour works well from Antibes or Nice.

Drive times are measured without traffic. In July and August, and during the Yachting Festival in Cannes or the Monaco Yacht Show, allow more time for runs to and from the quays.

Crew change days

Outgoing and incoming crew, one plan

A crew change often moves people in both directions on the same day: leavers to the airport for morning flights, joiners from Arrivals to the berth in the afternoon. Send the whole list at once and we plan the runs together, so the van is not driving empty between the two.

Your driver follows each flight, so a delayed arrival does not leave a new crew member waiting at the terminal. If a flight is cancelled or the crew list changes, message us and we adjust the run; changes are confirmed in writing so the purser, the agent and the driver all have the same plan.

A V-Class seats up to seven. With sea bags, tool boxes or provisions, the number of seats you can use depends on the luggage, so list the bags with the names.

What to send for a crew run

  • Yacht name, berth or quay, and the agent if there is one
  • Names and mobile numbers of the crew travelling
  • Flight numbers and times, or the train for joiners arriving at Nice station
  • Number and size of bags, and any equipment
  • Who receives the VAT invoice: yacht, management company or agent
  • A contact on board for the day

Last-minute changes are part of yachting. A WhatsApp message to +33 6 98 08 12 06 is the fastest way to reach us.

Crew transfer questions

Can you take crew with large sea bags and tool boxes?

Yes, within the space of the van. Tell us the number and size of bags so we confirm it fits with the number of passengers.

Do you work very early or late?

Yes, crew flights often leave at dawn or land at night. Book in advance and the run is confirmed in writing.

Can the invoice name the yacht?

Yes. We invoice the yacht, the management company or the agent, as you prefer, with VAT.

Do you keep crew information private?

Yes. Names, berths and schedules are shared only with the assigned driver.

Can one run take leavers out and bring joiners back?

Yes, when the timings fit. The van takes outgoing crew to the airport and waits for the incoming crew, or comes back for them later; we suggest the most efficient plan from your list.

Can you collect crew from Nice train station?

Yes. Give us the train number and arrival time; the driver meets the crew at the station and takes them to the berth.

Do you cover the whole season?

Yes. You can book runs throughout the season with the same contact. Send your expected crew changes and charters, and we confirm each run as dates are set.
